Free Lax Season Giveaway!
We’re giving new players another exciting reason to try lacrosse. Eligible winners will receive their registration fees back and play Sting Lax 2027 free!
That means a chance at free season registration. Uniforms, equipment, and other purchases remain separate.
The giveaway is for new players only. Up to 16 winners will be selected:
Up to 2 girls and 2 boys will be selected from each group: K–2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, and 7th/8th grade.
Enter from Anywhere
You don’t have to be at the fair to enter! Enter (from anywhere) on the day of the street fair: Sep 20, 2026.
Provide your name and your contact information. Make sure your information is complete and accurate.
Don’t leave your entry until another day. Enter while you’re visiting us at the fair, or from anywhere — as long as you enter on Sep 20, 2026: the day of the fair!
An entry gives eligible players a chance. It does not guarantee a winning selection.
How the Giveaway Works
Winners will have their Sting Lax registration fees refunded.
New players only.
This giveaway is for families in/near central MA, whose kids are currently in grades K-8, who have never participated in a Sting Lacrosse program. This means that new players from past/current Sting families are not eligible.
Group-level limits apply.
Up to 2 girls and 2 boys will be selected from each group: K–2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, and 7th/8th grade.

How do I enter?

Visit our 2027 Season page. Submit your player and guardian info to pre-register.
Only families who pre-register on Sep 20ᵗʰ will be eligible for entry in the giveaway.

Register and pay in full before Sep 30 in our registration system, Otto Sport.
Registration system will close at 11:55pm, Sep 29ᵗʰ 2026.
What’s not included?
The giveaway applies only to the registration fee. It does not include uniforms, equipment, merchandise, or any other costs or purchases.
Payment, Drawing & Winning

Pre-register during Ashburnham Street Fair, or from anywhere on Sep 20, 2026. (Cut-off at 11:59pm ET on Sep 20, 2026.)

Register & pay in full in Otto Sport system before Sep 30, 2026.

Winners will be randomly selected at the Sting Board meeting on Sep 30, 2026.
What is Celebrate Ashburnham?
Each year, the Ashburnham Recreation Committee coordinates the Celebrate Ashburnham Street Fair.
This year, Sting has been invited to participate – we’ll be there!
Celebrate Ashburnham Street Fair takes over Main Street with live music, local vendors, food trucks, and nonstop family fun.
The Street Fair features activities, vendors, food, and entertainment for families in and around the Ashburnham area.
Come see us at our booth!
What about returning players?
Returning players or families can still enjoy an early registration incentive!
The free season giveaway is for families who have never participated in any Sting program before. But returning players/families can still enjoy an Early Bird registration discount.
Early Registration Discounts
OTTO Sport will open registration on Sep 21, 2026. Any player (new or returning!) who registers early will enjoy one of a few discount incentives.
- Sep 21-Sep 30 — 30% off
- Oct 1-Oct 31 — 20% off
- Nov 1-Nov 30 — 15% off
- Dec 1-Dec 31 — 10% off
Registration will remain open through the beginning of our practice season, but early registration incentives/discounts will end on Dec 31, 2026.
