We’re always looking for more parents and community members who want to help kids learn, stay active, and have fun.
You don’t need years of lacrosse experience to make a difference.
Our coaches come from all kinds of backgrounds. Some grew up playing lacrosse. Others bring experience from soccer, basketball, football, and others.
All are motivated parents who want simply to help. If you can coach kids, we can help with the lacrosse part.

Our season runs from the last week of Feb to the middle of June.
Sting teams practice 1-2 nights per week, typically for 1 hour each.
All Sting games are played on Sundays, typically 8am – 3pm.
Mass Youth Lax schedules games vs. nearby towns, up to 45 mins away.
Lacrosse experience is less common than many sports. We don’t expect all our coaches to be experts.
We provide training resources for all coaches.
Mass Youth Lax provides training sessions to any interested coach.
All Sting coaches are invited to share and support each other.
