Help out

Many families come to Sting never having seen a lacrosse game before. No problem! Here’s what to know.

If you’re brand new to lacrosse, you’re not alone! Many of our families are seeing the sport for the first time. It can feel overwhelming at first, with new rules, equipment, and terminology.

We’ll help you get comfortable quickly. This page is here to simplify things and point you in the right direction.
